Dialysis Services

We provide excellent Nephrology care to patients who require dialysis. Our team offers different modalities of dialysis, including home dialysis and in-center hemodialysis. Home dialytic modalities include peritoneal dialysis and home hemodialysis.

Outpatient kidney dialysis services are provided by Columbus Regional Health- Southern Indiana Nephrology & Hypertension.

We provide outpatient dialysis services at facilities in Columbus, Seymour, Greensburg, Franklin and North Vernon in Indiana.

When hospitalization is required, inpatient kidney dialysis services are provided at Columbus Regional Hospital's inpatient unit. We also offer CRRT (Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy) to our critically ill patients.

Our physicians and advanced practice providers work with a team of nurses, technicians, dietitians, and social workers whose focus is to help patients across the continuum of care for their disease.

Our Services Include

• In-center hemodialysis, home hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis for adults with acute or chronic renal failure
• Inpatient and Outpatient Nephrology consultation services
• We provide training and prepare the patient and their care providers for Home Dialysis. Our team is available 24X7 to assist patients with questions or concerns.
• Transient dialysis services for persons visiting our community or region who require dialysis
