Shelley Clark, NP-C, is a family nurse practitioner with Columbus Regional Health Endocrinology and Diabetes. She provides care for adult patients with type 1 and type 2 diabetes and endocrinology needs. She strives to establish relationships with her patients to provide the best care possible. Outside of the office, Mrs. Clark enjoys high school and college football, specifically Columbus East High School Football, Hillsdale College Football and University of Indianapolis Football, traveling with family and friends and baking.
